May All Beings Be Happy & Free

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is my favorite chant and we chant it together at all my retreats. I just melt into the frequencies of these words that have been chanted for thousands of years and that is Amma’s signature chant. It means “may all beings be happy and free and may my life in some way contribute to their happiness & freedom.” It is the most perfect “win-win.” May this piece inspire new happiness & freedom within and around you as it has done for me.
